began in 1988, when PT. Mitra Kreasidharma (also known as MKD)
was founded. At first, MKD formulated EAGLE IPA 360 AS, an herbicide
product, and sold it to plantations. Nowadays, MKD sells over
than 25 products of pesticide which 60% of it is locally made
and the other is imported. MKD has representative offices at Makassar,
Surabaya, Solo, Cirebon, Bandung, Bandar Lampung, Padang, Palembang,
Bengkulu, Pekanbaru and Medan. Last but not least, MKD also supplies
antioxidant products to PT. Chandra Asri PC, PT. Petrokimia Nusantara
Interindo (PENI), PT. Pertamina and export it to Iran, Turk, and
India.
In
1989, a pesticide manufacturing facility at Banten Province was
build under PT. Inti Everspring Indonesia. It produces technical
active ingredients such as

PROPOXUR, METHOMYL,
BPMC and MIPC and the formulated products such as POKSINDO, METINDO, EMCINDO
and MIPCINDO. The technical active ingredients are sold to PT. Johnson
Home Hygiene Product, SC. Johnson & Son, and are exported to Thailand
and Taiwan ROC. The formulated products are distributed by MKD to the
farmers or end-users.
PT. Indonox Mitra Pratama, the first antioxidant producer
in Indonesia, was incorporated in 1996. It produces INDONOX P-168, the
phosphite-based secondary antioxidant, and its formulation with primary
antioxidants like INDONOX B-410, INDONOX B-210, and many others. Total
production capacity is 1,200 tons of INDONOX P-168 and 1,200 tons of
mixed formulations. The products are supplied to various industries
especially those producing polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene
and other polymers, through MKD’s distribution channel.
To support its rapid growth, MKD Group also has a pesticide
formulation and repacking facility under PT. Formindo Mitra Pratama
as one of the biggest agrochemicals formulator in Indonesia. We apply
high quality systems and machinery to produce high quality products.
